Roasters blend of El Salvador and Mexican Chipas beans aged in a Del Bac classic whiskey barrel. Beans are aged for 30+ days then small batch roasted. These beans have a pronounced whiskey notes, floral notes, very crisp. Delicious on their own or used with other roasted beans to enhance or compliment their flavor. Exclusive!
